If Apple had been on your mind but high prices of the iPad were holding you back, iPad mini is here to let you get a taste of the company’s staggering smart devices. The manufacturer has officially launched iPad mini in India at the beginning price of Rs.21,900. Along with iPad mini, fourth generation iPad and Apple TV were also rolled out in the country.
The week has been on a high trail since earlier iTunes stores were also introduced which has not gained Apple’s priority since a long time. On a global front, however, the company’s valuation on the stock market reduced and went below $500 billion on Thursday.
iPad mini has a fine 7.9 inch touchscreen and the available Wi-fi version of this 16 GB device will be costing around Rs. 21,900. Higher in the list, 32 GB and 64 GB Wi-fi versions are priced Rs. 27,900 and Rs.33,900 respectively. The other variants i.e Wi-fi + 4G connectivity will cost Rs. Rs 29,900, 35,500 and 41,900 respectively for the 16, 32 and 64 GB mini tablets. iPad mini boasts of being 23% slimmer and 53% lesser weight than the iPad tablet and comes with a 10 hour long battery life for comparatively longer use.
The fourth generation iPads with a 9.7 inch touchscreen and retina display runs on A6X dual core processor and cost Rs. 31,900, 37,900 and 43,900 respectively for 16, 32 and 64GB Wi-Fi-only kinds. Likewise, the 16, 32 and 64GB versions of Wi-Fi+4G enabled iPad cost Rs 39,900, 45,900 and 51,900, respectively, in India.
News is, the batches of the iPad mini are on their way to India and sellers would be dispatched their lots by the end of the next week. So, if iPad mini has interested you, go get your hands laid out on the device as soon as possible.
